Greenery Day December 9, 2017

Greensprings Natural Cemetery Preserve Greenery Day will be held Saturday, December 9, from 11 AM - 2 PM.

Evergreen boughs for decorating and holiday trees will be available. Some cut trees will be available and you can also choose a tree to be cut by our volunteer sawyers or, if small, to be cut with a hand saw.

Please note that the trees are not the typical manicured kind. Rather, they are wild Norway spruce, red pine and white pine - many are perfect "Charley Brown trees."

Warm drinks and snacks will be available. Come prepared for walking in snow if we have any. Everything is free, but donations are gratefully accepted.
